Tioga and Hammond Lake Fishing Report-
Water temps are in the  high 60's to mid 70's and warm weather as we approach the first days of summer. Weeds are coming in nicely and many bass are still up shallow.  Tournament season kicked off this week with Tioga County Bass Anglers on Tioga Lake.  Many fish were caught up shallow.  Senkos, jigs, and creature baits were among the most popular baits.

Some catfish and nice perch have also been reported on both lakes.

Hammond Lake is officially under Panfish Enhancement Regulations.  Anglers may harvest 20 crappies measuring at least 9".   This only affects Hammond Lake.

Cowanesque Lake Fishing Report

Mixed reports all week with most anglers reporting a tough bite.  Weeds are coming in nicely.  The Tuesday night bass league kicked off this week at Cowanesque and a number of nice bass were caught.  Jigs and soft plastics in shallow weeds and structure produced well.  Some did well on topwater too.

Hills Creek Lake Fishing Report

Lily pads and weed beds are getting thick and frog fishing has been great!  Largemouth and pickerel are both being caught.  A variety of soft plastics are also working on the weed edges and pockets in the mats/pads.

Hamilton Lake Fishing Report

Bluegills, pumpkinseeds, bass, and crappies were all being caught this week.  Boaters/kayakers have faired best, but plenty are being caught from shore too. The dam end has fished best.  Some bass are being caught on top water near the boat launch too

Nessmuk Lake Fishing Report

Weedbeds are getting thick and access from shore is getting more limited.  Areas around the dock and along the dam are both fishable, while other areas are tough to fish with thick weed growth.  Redworms, waxworms, and nightcrawlers are working for bluegills and sunfish.  Topwater frog fishing across the weeds has been fun.  Bass are being caught on a variety of soft plastics, swimbaits, chatterbaits, and topwater.  Target weedlines and offshore structure.  Some bass are holding shallow along the shorelines too.  Topwater baits in the mornings and evenings are working well.  Try soft plastics and jigs around structure too.

Pine Creek Fishing Report

Pine is low and temps are warming in the afternoons, but have been fishable in the mornings.  Rain next week should help things too.  Plenty of smallmouth are being caught throughout the keystone select stretch up to about Rexford area.  Rebel crawfish, ned rigs, pautzke minnows, and small jerkbaits have been popular.  Butterworms, red worms, and live minnows are all working too.
