Tioga and Hammond Lake Fishing Report-
Water temps are in the  low to mid 70's with dirtier conditions in the upper end and stained conditions in the main lake.  Weeds are getting thick and many bass are tucked up in them.  Tuesday night bass league fished Hammond on this week and many 1-3 lbers were caught on a variety of presentations.  Offshore spots haven't been producing much yet.  Creature baits, senkos, and a variety of jigs were all catching fish.

Contrarily, crappies are offshore and many are being caught on structure.  Look for cribs and timber in 8-15 feet.  Some fish are roaming too and trollers are picking them up with crankbaits and small swimbaits

A few small muskies, 25-30" were caught on crankbaits and jigs on the weed edges too.

Hammond Lake is officially under Panfish Enhancement Regulations.  Anglers may harvest 20 crappies measuring at least 9".   This only affects Hammond Lake.

Cowanesque Lake Fishing Report

Most have continued to report a tough bite here with most success coming from shallow weeds and timber.  Some bass were caught around the dam and the campground shoreline too.  Some crappies are being caught still, mostly offshore on structure or around the deeper timber along route 49.  Muskies were caught on black/nickel inline spinners, perch/cisco colored jerkbaits, and on live suckers.

Hills Creek Lake Fishing Report

Lily pads and weed beds are getting thick and frog fishing has been great!  Largemouth and pickerel are both being caught.  A variety of soft plastics are also working on the weed edges and pockets in the mats/pads.  Live shiners were also popular bait for bass and pickerel

Hamilton Lake Fishing Report

Bluegills, pumpkinseeds, bass, and a couple trout were caught this week.  Trout fishing is slowing down, but bass anglers have been picking them up on jerkbaits and some soft plastics. The dam end has fished best.  Some bass are being caught on top water near the boat launch too

Nessmuk Lake Fishing Report

Weedbeds are getting thick and access from shore is getting more limited.  Areas around the dock and along the dam are both fishable, while other areas are tough to fish with thick weed growth.  Redworms, waxworms, and nightcrawlers are working for bluegills and sunfish.  Bass are being caught on a variety of soft plastics, swimbaits, chatterbaits, and topwater.  Target weedlines and offshore structure.    Topwater baits in the mornings and evenings are working well.  Try soft plastics and jigs around structure too.

Pine Creek Fishing Report

Pine is low and continues to drop.  Good numbers of trout are still being caught.  Butterworms, live minnows, and a variety of spinners have been working.  Smallmouth and fallfish are also being caught.
