Water Conditions- Green/Slight stain

Cedar Run USGS Gauge- 10AM- 3.25ft

Water Temp - 57-61

Hatches- tan caddis (14-16), March Brown (10-12), bwo (18), Green Drake (10), Sulphur (14-16), Yellow Sally (14-16), Gray Fox (14)

What's Working?

Nymphs and streamers have been the best bet all week with elevated water levels.  We expect to see more dry fly activity as conditions continue to improve

Other notes-

Pine dirtied up after the memorial day weekend rain, but is clearing and dropping nicely.  Wading is still challenging in faster runs.  The creek is in fishable shape and getting better by the hour. Pine has dropped about a foot since Monday, and is steadily coming down.  Green drakes have been sporadic with no major hatches seen.  We hope to see this pick up over the coming days, and should see brown and slate drakes soon as well.
