4/7/2026 Upper Pine Creek Fly Fishing & Hatch Report
Pine is running high, but has cleared up quite a bit. More rain is expected this week. Anglers are doing best with heavy nymphs and streamers. Small black stones are still around and soon we'll see blue quills, quill gordons, and caddis.
Smaller streams fished best over the weekend and water conditions are more favorable on many of these waters. Worm patterns were particularly popularly on these streams.
