Hills Creek State Park, Wellsboro, PA - Join PA Fish and Boat Commission alongside Tackle Shack owners, Don and Renee Kelly, and local Fishing Skills Instructors for FREE Fly Fishing programs the weekend of June 12 – June 14, 2026!

All fishing equipment and instruction are provided for FREE. Make a weekend of it! Pack your weekend with exploring PA’s Grand Canyon, relax at beautiful Hills Creek State Park, take a covered wagon ride, venture through the Hallmark town of Wellsboro for good eats, unique gifts and more, all while also learning how to fly fish OR brushing up on your fly fishing skills.

Topics covered at each program include – basics on fly fishing gear, knots, flies, casting, and practice fly fishing at Hills Creek Lake!

Pre-registration is required. Registration will close by 4p.m. 6/5/26 OR when the class registration is full.
