Beechwood Lake Favorites
Beechwood Lake (Tioga County, PA) is an excellent fishery that offers great bass fishing and plenty of panfish, stocked trout, and chain pickerel, plus the occasional walleye.
With fallen trees, lily pads, and weeds, it's a great topwater lake and there's plenty of options for Texas rigged soft plastics. Spinnerbaits and chatterbaits also work well around the weeds. Try a ned rig or shaky head around the dam.
Beechwood also holds good numbers of yellow perch, crappies, and bluegills. Targeting them with small soft plastics is a blast! Use a float to suspend them at the proper depth and target weed lines or timber.
Trout fishing is excellent in the spring months and picks up again the winter. Powerbait is a good go-to too. Here's some great tips on how to rig it for lake fishing - Blog Post. Typically, Beechwood is restocked again in December with plenty to catch throughout the ice season too
The Beechwood Lake Collection represents some of our favorites and top sellers for catching Bass, pickerel, trout, and panfish throughout the open water season.
Live Bait is also an excellent choice. Open 7 Days a Week. Stop by to grab live minnows, shiners, or worms.
