Water Conditions- Clear. Low

Cedar Run USGS Gauge- 12:15PM- 1.58ft

Water Temp - high 60's to low 70's

Hatches- terrestrials, stoneflies

What's Working?

Hoppers, ants, small poppers for smallmouth and fallfish.

Other notes-

Temps have come up again and with warm weather expected all week, it is not a good time to target trout on much of Pine Creek. Consider some of the headwater tributaries, but keep in mind temps in the 70's and above are extremely stressful for them. Today we temped the creek at over 77, though cool water inflows and more shaded areas should help trout find refuge till the water cools down again. A chance of light rain is in the forecast all week.
