Step 1: Add the tungsten slotted bead before placing the hook securely in your vise.
Step 2: Add some .20 lead to the shank on the hook near the bead. This will keep your bead from sliding around plus adds some weight. Secure them with thread wraps.
Step 3: Puncture a rabbit strip with the hook point.
Step 4: Secure the rabbit strip.
Step 5: Add rubber legs.
Step 6: Make a dubbing loop using a crosscut rabbit strip.
Step 7: Wrap your dubbing loop all the way up to the bead.
Step 8: Add some dubbing to finish off the collar.
