An easy to tie carp fly that gets down quick. A cross between a worm and a soft hackled wet fly, this fly is sure to get the carps attention!
Tying The Hybrid Carp Fly

Ahrex FW550 Mini Jig Hook Order Here
Velvet Chenille Order Here
Peacock Herl Order Here
Rubber Legs Order Here
Lead Eyes Order Here

UV Resin Order Here
Step 1: Once you have the hook securely in the vise, tie on some dumbbell eyes using figure 8 wraps.
Step 2: Attach the velvet chenille to the bend of the hook.
Step 3: Tie in about 4 or 5 strands of peacock herl.
Step 4: Wrap the peacock herl all the way up to the dumbbell eyes.
Step 5: Tie in the rubber legs.
Step 6: After your rubber legs, tie in a hen saddle feather. Palmer it up to the dumbbell eyes and whip finish.
Step 7: Cover your thread wraps with some uv resin to finish off the fly.
